LOTS! The Association is modeled after similar organizations in other states that provide members the opportunity to exchange ideas, information and technology. Many forums are used to accomplish this goal. FABSAA is an Alliance Member of COHEAO and will provide members with their electronic newsletter. We offer, a website www.fabsaa.fsu.edu and workshops on current issues. FABSAA's Annual Conference is the premier event of the State of Florida covering current issues related to those working in the Bursars and Student Accounting and Collection Offices. Whether new to the field or an experienced professional, you'll find solutions to challenges ranging from surviving disastrous storms to providing "wow" customer service. Network with other higher education professionals about projects and procedures, purchasing software packages, trends and much more. Attendees range from private and public universities to community colleges. Participating exhibitors include collection agencies, billing services, tuition management firms, software houses, credit card and e-commerce companies and more.
